Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: May 18, 2026
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act / California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to direct businesses not to “sell” or “share” their personal information. This page explains our practices and how to submit a request.
1. Our Practice
SJS Law Firm does not sell personal information for money and does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not work with advertising networks such as Google Ads, the Meta Pixel, TikTok, or LinkedIn Insight, and we do not transfer your data to third parties for their own marketing.
We do disclose limited personal information to service providers who help us run the website and our intake process — for example, our intake-form provider (CLIONT), our reviews widget (Trustindex), our hosting provider, and our case-management software. Under the CCPA/CPRA, those disclosures are not a “sale” or a “share.”
2. Opt Out Anyway
Even though we do not sell or share personal information as defined by law, you may still ask us to:
- Stop using your information for any marketing purpose;
- Limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information;
- Refrain from disclosing your information to any service provider that is not strictly necessary to deliver a service you requested.
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out for the browser and device you are using.
3. How to Submit a Request
Choose any of the following:
- Email: [email protected] with the subject line “CCPA Opt-Out Request“.
- Phone: Call 833-425-2575 and tell us you are submitting a CCPA opt-out request.
- Mail: SJS Law Firm, Attn: Privacy, 20657 Golden Springs Drive #209, Diamond Bar, CA 91765.

4. Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit this request on your behalf. We will require written proof that the agent is authorized to act for you and may verify your identity directly. See the California Attorney General’s CCPA resource page for more information.
5. Other California Rights
For your full set of California privacy rights — including the right to know, delete, correct, limit the use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination — see Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
